4 Sunday Lunches for those going into Grade 10 and up will combine with Young Adults over Summer. After church meet for a casual lunch and small group time. (This is instead of a Sunday Study before church).

ABOUT NESS YOUTH
WHAT DO WE DO?
Ness Youth is a place where you be with friends around the word of God. We long to be known as people who are loving God and loving others. The youth leaders help make youth a place that catalyzes discipleship youth are already receiving at home and mentoring those who don’t have Christian family. Youth isn’t church. It is also not just a program, but we do have a few things we try to incorporate into each meeting:
1) Time in the Truth
Each youth gathering will include time reflecting on the truth about God. We spend time in the Word through reading, studying Scriptures, or listening to testimonies of God’s faithfulness.
2) Prayer
Whether it is as a large group, in small groups or individuals, we make time to practice prayer and depend on God.
3) FELLOWSHIP
In team games, paint nights, or just time to chill and chat about life —having fellow Christians to connect with is so important to catalyzing discipleship.

We have about 65 Youth ages 11-18 in our youth group and 8 Adult Leaders. The hope is that we see all of our youth, but probably 45 youth will make it out to youth on an average day.

Yes! Those with nut, gluten or any life-threatening allergies, please fill out this info on our Registration Form so we know. so please DO NOT BRING NUTS … also don’t bring a cat in case that wasn’t obvious (;

Nothing! Most nights are held at the church and our church pays for meals. Some off-campus events might have a cost, but if you cannot pay, please still attend and our youth budget will cover you. If you’d like to give towards the Youth generally or for a specific item, send financial support in any amount via e-transfer “youth” to donate@nessbaptist.com

Yes! If you’d like to provide extra snacks for the Youth or bring some individually in a bag we ask that it does not include any types of nuts.

If there is an off-campus event or your youth needs help getting to or from the church, please email youth@nessbaptist.com a week in advance.

No! Bring your friends! Anyone can come. Submit the form.

Our main rule is that any youth should always be able to see or hear a youth leader at all times, unless they are using the washroom.

We are at youth to connect with friends, spend time around the word of God, play games etc. Please do not sit on your phone or listen to music since it makes you unapproachable.
