13 October 2024

1. What is your favourite worship song or hymn? Why is it your favourite? Do you ever read it or sing it during your devotional time?

2. It is often easy to be thankful for the pleasant things in life. What difficult, unpleasant things, that when you look back on them, you are thankful for and are able to see God’s hand in them? What did you learn? How did you grow?

3. What are the reasons to praise God in verses 4-19? Which ones resonate with you the most?

4. The army, the warrior, the war horse - what do they all symbolize in this Psalm? Where can they be found in our lives and culture today?

5. How are we to praise and worship God in accordance with Psalm 33?

6. Why must we praise and worship God? Is it just to benefit ourselves?
